Senior Research Analyst

We’re hiring a Senior Research Analyst to lead a research team to generate market research that will allow our digital intelligence team to formulate strategic decisions across multiple industries and strategies. The ideal candidate will have a natural knack for interpreting data and curiosity to follow trends and uncover potential opportunities.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Deep knowledge of market and technology trends
  • Oversee research data collection and drive developments in the quality of these initiatives
  • Experience breaking down complex topics clearly and concisely
  • Ability to train, manage and mentor team members
  • Experience presenting and speaking at conferences or on panels
  • Build research and storytelling plans that maps project objectives with timelines and accountabilities
  • Present research findings to leadership and senior team members
  • Proactively explore new ways of analyzing, integrating, visualizing and presenting data
  • Demonstrates an understanding of various social media metrics
  • Generate reports utilizing various tools
  • Ensure that research reporting is consistent, clear, accurate, insightful and timely
  • Track, analyze, interpret trends across the technology market, and apply findings to recommendations that formulate approach and strategy

 

 

Experience:

  • 4-6 years of experience in a research position
  • Ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistics, research methods and data science
  • Excellent communicator and data storyteller
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other analysts and teams
  • Strong skills manipulating data and creating charts in MS Excel, PPT, etc.
  • Experience in data analytics, market research, online analysis required; experience with social media data preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle changing priorities as well as meeting deadlines
